4. Where does the sweet taste of Rice Dream and Oat Dream comes from ? Have you added sugar or other sweeteners ?
There is no added sugar in our Rice and Oat Dream products, except in the Rice Dream Chocolate. The mildly sweet taste of our Dream products, comes from the natural sugars in the rice or oat itself*. The rice and oat starch is partially broken down into complex sugars – primarily maltodextrin – in a process that is very similar to that which occurs during the digestion of cereals in the body.
